Tom C. Benson- President

• Previously served as District Landman for Texaco Inc., Midland, Texas and Trust Land Manager for First National Bank of Midland, Texas. District Land Manager for Hrubetz Oil Company and Regional Manager for Davis Brothers Oil Co., of Abilene.
• 33 years land, legal and administrative experience. Supervises lease acquisitions, title examination, division orders, lease maintenance and land contracts.
• Certified Professional Landman since 1980.
• Member of American Association of Petroleum Landmen. Former President of Abilene Association of Petroleum Landmen.
• Graduate of Midwestern University, Wichita Falls, Texas with a BBA in Business Administration.

Wayne Schoen- VP/Operations and Engineering Manager

26 years experience in oil and gas operations and engineering.

Experienced in reviewing individual well performance and lease history to make workover, recompletion or plugging recommendations.

Directs supervision of all field activities as well as actual wellsite supervision of drilling and completion operations.

Significant well log analysis and evaluation. Excellent working relationship with geologists and geophysicists to optimize field development potential. Approximately 90% of current operations are under secondary recovery.

Five years experience with Texas Pacific Oil Company responsible for primary production in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Supervised six development engineers while working in the Abilene office.

Six years experience with independent oilman Keith D. Graham developing two large Capps Lime fields in Runnels County, Texas (250 wells) and drilling and completing 100 + Austin Chalk wells in the Burleson County area.

Located in Abilene the past 20 years providing engineering / operations experience to independent oil companies in the West Central Texas area. Married for 27 years with two children. Involved in all outdoor activities with specific interests in hunting, fishing and cattle ranching.
